Through floor-to-ceiling glazed double doors, you can enjoy the view of the garden and pool under an old fig tree. The flat was completely renovated in 2020 and is modernly equipped, but has retained the charm of the traditional construction. Open and transparently furnished, it offers you plenty of space. The large shower and WC are separate. The open kitchen and the living area are well equipped. Flat screen TV and WiFi are at your disposal. The bedroom offers a king size bed with quality bedlinen. Your large sun terrace with dining table, sun loungers and parasol is surrounded by pine trees and oleander. The pool is shared only with the owners. In the idyllic wine growing village of Caux you will find a restaurant, bar, café and various small shops for your daily needs. The lively town of Pézenas is 8 km away and offers you many shopping opportunities, artists' studios, handicrafts and restaurants. Explore the varied landscape of the Hérault from this wonderful holiday home. The sea , the mountains of the Haut-Languedoc or Béziers with its beautiful cathedral are all about 30 minutes away. Der grosszügige Garten mit schönem und gepflegtem Pool lädt zum Baden und Verweilen ein. Abends im schönen Vorhof eine Runde Petanque… perfekt. Die schöne Umgebung rund um Caux eignet sich sehr gut um die unzähligen pitoresken Dörfer zu besuchen und „en passant“ bei einem der vielen Weinbauer ein, zwei Gläser Wein zu degustieren.
