"A lovely "getaway from it all" location. Sweet little gite, a bit basic (not luxury) but had everything we needed and more, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. Owner was very responsive. Village is very quiet and it's a few minutes drive to the nearest town for shops and restaurants. Not a very touristy area which we loved, but only about an hours drive to Rouen, Amiens, Monet's garden (all of which were busy)."

The hotel is full of charm and character, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly presented. "Lovely room, very comfy bed, loved the balcony overlooking the bridge and the river. We had the breakfast which was good value - nice it was served on a tray, we could take to our room or we decided to have it outside. We'd have liked some seats here and there in the island to sit by the river."

"Excellent property for 1 or 2 families.The pool / hot tub / sauna / bbq area etc was absolutely fantastic. House was nice and cool, but worth bringing some fans if it's very hot.Great grounds as well, plenty of room.Couple of things to be aware of:The interior staircase is a thin metal spiral, requiring good mobility. There's a 'normal' exterior stairs if needed.A lot of the bedrooms are actually single rooms split up by room dividers etc. Only 3 truly separate bedrooms."

"Really nice hotel experience. We would stay here again if ever in the area. Staff was very helpful and kind. My french is limited and the man who checked us in was able to do the exchange with me in English. He was helpful with parking options. You could tell the cleaning staff works really hard - room floor, bed, and bathroom were very clean. There was some dust high up the window out of normal sight and reach - didn't take away from our experience. Water pressure in the shower was incredibly good - something rare in a hotel. We did not add the breakfast to our booking. It was an easy walk from the hotel to the cathedral and the castle in Gisors. Many restaurants in easy walking distance as well. However, we found that many of the restaurants close Sunday evenings and Mondays so our open options were limited during our stay. While we were there is was cooler temperatures outside so no AC was not a problem. The room had a fan in it for use if needed."

"We spent one night in the domaine St Germer and we recommand it. The place is just amazing and the person who has welcomed us was very friendly. He has given us excellent advises regarding restaurants in Gisors and he has also given us informations about all the things we could do and see. He has even given us a map with admirable places to be seen. It was a pleasure to meet him."
