### Charming Beynac home with AC and private parking

You're staying in one of the most beautiful villages in France, in the Valley of the Five Castles.  
Enjoy a small, intimate terrace nestled in the village, which features garden furniture and a barbecue. The entrance is accessed via a narrow alleyway, up five steps.  
You enter the house and access a kitchen, dining room, and living room with TV and internet access. A separate toilet. A washing machine is located in the entrance hall, located in a large closet.  
Upstairs, there's a bathroom with shower and toilet, and two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other a double bed (160 cm).  
Private parking is 20 meters away, and paid parking is available in the village, 100 meters above or below. The cottage is located above the owner's painting studio. From the cottage, explore Beynac, a town steeped in history and the pride of our heritage, with its world-famous castle. In the village, you'll find a pharmacy, post office, bakery, pastry shop, butcher, deli, and grocery store.  
You'll be staying just 12 km from Sarlat and close to famous tourist attractions such as Castelnaud Castle, Milandes Castle, the village of La Roque Gageac, the gardens of Marqueyssac, and the fortified town of Domme. On the Dordogne River, you can enjoy trips on a barge or canoe, swimming, or fishing.
