"Overall the property is dirty. The elevator feels like it will break any second. The staff with the exception of the breakfast staff were unresponsive. I asked the desk 3 times in 4 days to fix the light in the bathroom, it’s still dark in there. It needs a complete renovation and new staff. Stay somewhere else."

"The room was not comfortable at all and the shower was horrible. The water flow was so bad I literally had to run around in the shower to get wet. The room was terribly noisy all night long with back up horns and slamming dumpsters. I got no sleep at all on the first night. The sofa was uncomfortable as well I expected more from a hotel at this price even though it was in downtown. Other hotels nearby were similarily priced and much nicer."

"I stayed at the CODE right after they opened and for the most part, I had a great experience. Being at a new hotel, there are a few kinks to work out but I am pleased with my stay overall. Cons: rooms are overpriced on the weekends. And they do not include Cleaning service. They charge you an extra $50 on top for them to come turn your room over which is ridiculous in my opinion. The building is not secure, there is open access 24 hours into the garage no key card entry into the building and no key card entry onto your floor so anyone could just walk into the hotel and onto any floor, which is concerning. Valet is $32 a day in self parking is $25 per day. Units are by a busy road so it is loud at night but I can sleep through it. Pros: units are new and beautiful, staff was extremely nice and extremely helpful. Location is great. The beds are very comfortable."

"Staff was great especially front desk Diane. Room was clean and amenities great. We had water whenever we asked! Hotel was very central and walking distance to many places we wanted to go too."

"Weird. Sterile. Sleeping in pods where the shower and toilet aren’t really in a separate space. If you’re a total introvert and want limited interaction with human staff, then this would be fine (everything is self). "

"Great location beautiful pool, rooms were comfortable. The Staff at the Pool Bar was not friendly and seemed like they did not want to be there at all. Got food orders wrong and just not welcoming at all."
