Located right on the 🏖️, very nice location, however whoever owns this place needs to do a better job at maintaining the property because they have big rats, I left a fruit on kitchen counter only to wake up and see a section eaten, didn't what happened at first but upon looking around I could see huge rat droppings the kitchen counter.....

The room was comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was exceptional, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my goddaughter’s shoes, which we brought from the USA, went missing from our room during our stay. We reported the incident, but the shoes were never returned. This was very disappointing and left us concerned about the security of our belongings. I hope the hotel will investigate incidents like this and improve its procedures to ensure guests’ property is protected.

The S Hotel is beautiful, with a great ambiance. The breakfast could most definitely include ackee and salt fish for FREE!!!! That’s the country’s national dish!!!! The day staff also could use more training. I was told my room wasn’t ready upon arrival 1:40pm and someone would contact me via what’s app when it’s ready. No one texted me, and I had to continuously check to see if my room was ready between 3-5pm. We were also not greeted with a welcome drink! No big deal. But, simple things matter. Overall, the night staff took care of all my needs! Promote ahead of peers!
