I spoke to the hotel on the phone, during the day I was going to check in, as I had not received the check in codes to enter the hotel. There is no one at reception after 5pm. The Sleeping Giant - Pen Y Cae Inn
Lovely stay, room was clean, bright and modern. Everything we needed for a weekend reset. Nice surprise to see meet kats and peacocks on the mini zoo and the food for breakfast was delicious. Staff were welcoming and friendly
