Communication was great, the house was well stocked and all the little details were thought of. The pictures online make it kind of hard to grasp the layout but we were pleasantly surprised with the space. Owner was responsive and provided great info on area. Pet friendly with beds, bowls, and outdoor run provided. The price was great and the host was very communicative. She let us know things to do in the area and checked in throughout the stay. Questions were answered in a very timely manner. We were able to bring our small dog which made planning the trip even easier. The host provided bowls and a bed which made our dog (and us) very happy. Everything was as expected. We loved the town and the proximity to the mountains. The host was was very responsive and very nice. Everything required was on site. Marilyn goes above and beyond for her guests. The place is 12 minutes to cannon mountain. Roomy house where a family of 5 had plenty of room. Most importantly, the house is clean.
