The team does an excellent job of communicating and was very responsive to questions. We really enjoyed the two bedroom unit with a lovely view and a great kitchen. The property was extremely pet-friendly, and we met many of our neighbors with pets. We also took advantage of the gym and paid extra for underground parking which was convenient. Just a block away are many great restaurant options, and 3 blocks away is a nice grocery store. The bed comfort smelled, so I'm sure it wasn't washed prior our arrival. The location was nice, but you had to pay for parking, it was not included, i do not recommend this place. ##### ANA V. The location is close to tons of restaurants and you're just a short walk to the Metro and shopping on Bethesda Ave. The apartment was nice and clean and the concierge was very friendly. They overcharged me for the late check out, more than what was quoted, and when I brought this to their attention they simply said they would send the receipt. They did not hear what I was saying or offer to look into it for me. I had to pursue them. Multiple emails and calls later they acknowledge their mistake, apologized and credited my credit card.
