We liked how close the house was to the boardwalk and local restaurants. We walked to everything. The pool is nice in the community. The house however needs some maintenance, the lock on the main entrance door needs to be replaced, the lock doesn’t work half of the time. I had to call maintenance late at night because we were locked out. The drains in the showers are slow. The Tv in master bedroom doesn’t work. It’s disappointing when you spend money on weekly rental and basic things do not work ##### Sheryl W. Only a 1/2 mile walk to the village the house also came with a free parking pass for the beach and a pool pass for the community pool which we definitely took advantage of and used daily. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessities and all appliances worked great. Cons- The house could've been cleaned so much better. Sticky floors, crumbs on couches on tables. All mattresses and couches need replaced bascially you sink to the floor when sitting on the couch and it's like laying on a log when you go to bed.
