My family has enjoyed each of our weekly long stays in different condos. The properties are well apportioned and the many pools, fitness center, tram, and beach are accessible and enjoyable. Very clean throughout and new bathrooms. Furniture comfortable and kitchen stocked. Only con was deck furniture was all covered and everything on deck was dirty mid-June. There was no vacuum cleaner in the room as promised so we did not have the option to do it ourselves. Linens and towels appeared clean and some towels were actual brand new but had not been pre-washed so we needed to wash those ourselves before we could use them. We contacted the local property manager who was responsive and tried to help. She sent housekeeping to clean the unit while we went out to dinner. When we returned the garbage bags had been changed but the dirty floor had not been addressed. We called the property manager again who was very apologetic and promised that someone would come the next morning. When that never happened we went directly to the Vacasa office on sight and demanded that they simply give us a vacuum cleaner so that we could clean it ourselves. Concerned that other areas of the condo may also not have been thoroughly cleaned we purchased cleaning materials and spent time wiping down surfaces before we could feel comfortable. Ultimately we spent most of our first 24 hours at the resort cleaning. The management were responsive and apologetic and they did refund our cleaning fee which was the right thing to do, however, Vacasa seems to have a serious issue with their housekeeping staff. That said, the Sea Colony resort was very nice and once we got past the initial cleaning issues we had a wonderful time. The condo itself was very nice and the resort's private beach and tennis facilities were both highlights. ##### ANTHONY Z. Great condo for a family of 6\. I have 4 kids and they loved the loft. The two bedrooms were nicely furnished with very comfortable mattresses. I would encourage the owner/Vacasa to check the cleanliness of the home. The deck was unusable due to the dirt and leaves everywhere. ##### Seema B.
