Great location and space

The unit is very roomy and we liked that this was an end unit with no one above or below us which is helpful with kids. The unit was well stocked, clean, and convenient for walking to the pool and restaurants. The only downside was the deck did not have a lot of shade or privacy so we did not use it as much as we did in previous years at other units, but overall it was great. We would book this location again!

3rd times a charm

This was our 3rd time visiting Sea Colony and 1st time staying in this home. The community was great as always between the pools, tram and beach access. The home was very clean and well kept inside. The 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and living area provided plenty of room for a larger family. Only minor issues we had was with the washer/dryer and the entry way to the front door flooding during heavy rain storms but nothing to detract from our stay. We would happily recommend this home to another family.

Lovely property

This rental was perfect for our family of four, but could accommodate more kids. the access to the beach was so simple, as short walk across the busy road but less than 10 minutes. Having laundry in the condo was very convenient. The furniture was comfortable and spacious.
