Probably carpets need a good cleaning. The house is clean and close to everything (new aquatic center, tram stop, lakes). Fully equipped kitchen is nice, beach chairs and umbrellas, sand toys, a water table and baby pool are available for use which is awesome! We really appreciated the loft area because the owners added a wrap around solid curtain so it’s like a small private bedroom. Also, the back sunroom area has blinds on the doors and a futon in there so that’s like bedroom too. Can’t wait to go back! ##### Shauna B. Great patio and great kitchen. I showed up with some extra pots and utensils, etc. and only used my steamer pot, the kitchen has pretty much everything you need. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. Kitchen has every gadget/pan you could use. Good location- close to outdoor pools and fitness center, lake right in front of the house and a pier right down the street.
