It was large enough for all eight of us to have separate spaces when needed and share meals and social time. The unit had everything a renter could ask for - pack-n-play, Beach items, a full kitchen, and more. It was also close to a pool (with a lovely baby pool) in Sea Colony that is open until 9pm - a full three hours later than most of the other community pools. The only caveat is that the Pine Shore section is in the back of Sea Colony, making for a longer team ride to the beach. We would all stay here again! ##### Katie S. The side yard is great for yard games and is close to the aquatic center. However, the housekeeping is a bit underwhelming. Had to call them back to clean out kitchen sink and to provide more pillow cases. There was stuff found in corners in bathrooms and under furniture, so a cursory clean was what was given. The unit itself is okay.. feel it has been rented a lot so had that lived in feel with walls needing cleaning. But.. It was a very different vacation, but a much needed respite. It was easy to social distance on the beach, which was significantly less crowded than usual, but a little more difficult in the swimming pools, especially with our young ones. Almost everyone wore masks where required. We had planned to have a larger group , so for the first time we rented in Sea Colony West. We missed the ocean view, but greatly appreciated the extra space in the townhouse and yard for the kids to play in. The house was great! It is located towards the back of the complex and was very quiet. I usually bring some basic kitchen tools with me, because I often find them lacking. Not so here- the kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable, the house was full of light, the lighting was good for reading, we enjoyed grilling in the back and eating in the sunroom. We especially appreciated the bicycles, which we used to go back and forth to the beach, and the beach chairs. I would definitely rent this property again! ##### Janet D.
