Located on the second floor, this coastal getaway features a spacious covered porch, a main level that offers a living and dining area, as well as a well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms including the primary suite. The loft offers a great vacation space of its own. Central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, two TVs (40' LCD TV in living room), DVD, and WiFi are also included. NEW in 2024 - Stove, microwave and refrigerator.

Excellent room except for two minor issues

Great property with two small pet peeve issues. First is that the TV in the master bedroom didn't work. Second was that the lighting in the bedrooms were table lamps rather than an overhead fan light. Other than that, property was well maintained and we had a great stay.

Resortquest unresponsive to unit deficiences

First we had a good time, however we would never rent this particular unit again. It had lots of issues, deficiencies, and uncleanliness which we reported numerouse times to Resortquest with no followup or response. We had a two page list of issues that did not meet Sea Colony rental guidelines. Very unhappy about that!

Pictures are deceiving

This house is no where near what I saw in pictures! Pictures look so clean and tidy! But the walls are so marked up and the carpet is full of stains! Can’t even close the blinds bc half of them are missing! The sliding door to the porch doesn’t even lock! Showers are so clogged with hair that it doesn’t drain! We had to pull out the hair in one of the bathrooms so we could use it! Never will I ever stay here again! Oh and don’t plan on using the screened in porch! No light for night and the table is covered in mold 🤢

Comfortable digs for family at the beach

Good location, good parking available, unit a little dated but was clean and AC worked very well, no issues kids had plenty of space to hang out on rainy day

Disappointed

The unit needs a thorough cleaning and painting. I don't understand how you can rent a unit with no sweeper and no basic cleaning products. Coming back from the beach, there is going to be sand everywhere and we weren't able to sweep the carpet the entire week. There was also not a single cleaning product to wipe down the glass table after you eat or the countertops when you were making meals. I have never been in a unit that didn't supply a bottle of Fantastic or Kitchen cleaner. The toilet clogged and was fixed by maintenance. Both bathroom tubs were so slow in draining that you ended up standing in 4 inches of dirty water by the end of your shower. Very disappointing and we won't be renting this unit again.
