Except for the two new blue chairs in the living room and the kitchen table, everything needs a refresh. Bannister is broken, the whole house smells, shower seal in master is coming off, both showers are rusted, kitchen cabinets creak and slam, beds sag like hammocks. A drawback is that the 75'+ walking path to the unit is not well marked and out of sight to the right as you are parked in the assigned spot...it was hard to see in the night as it runs along the neighboring building and entrance to the path is hidden behind a hedge that divides another buildings parking spot...so it looks like that path only serves the other building instead of both...it is also darkest by the waters edge ##### Carrie O.
