Screen door the same; screen broken. Four burned out light bulbs. master sink backed up. No instructions for operating cable TVs. Three windows facing patio are filthy. Don't know how much of maintenance problems are due to owner negligence or management company incompetence. (management company sent someone quickly to provide instructions on TV usage, and to replace light bulbs. It's a bit far from the beach to walk with young kids, but there is a tram stop outside the unit and as long as you catch it right it's an easy way to get to the beach. We had an issue with the lock not working and communication with Vacasa was pretty poor. We could easily walk to the beach and to many of the pools. The only drawback was the bed in the master bedroom. It was so painfully hard that my husband and I had to sleep separately halfway through the vacation in the hopes that with one person in the bed, some comfort could be achieved.
