The villa boasts living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, a renovated full bathroom (shower only, no tub), and a new king-sized bed in the bedroom. Additional amenities include new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, central air conditioning, an in-unit washer & dryer, two TVs, and high-speed WiFi. Prime location situated on Sea Colony's West Lake, the villa is just a stroll to outdoor pools, pickleball courts, the resort's world-class tennis center, and a summer beach shuttle stop!

      The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Beautiful unit and wonderful location. Access to pickleball and tennis. Great fitness center, pools and beach. The unit was clean, quiet and comfortable. We loved the large deck. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Setting

This little condo is situated in a wonderful setting in Sea Colony. The views and proximity to the lake are wonderful. The condo itself was well kept. The listing says it fits 4, but it was snug with two adults and a 6 year old. Although not the fault of the owners, the condo appeared clean, but there was a dirty dish towel and empty pizza box under the sink when we checked in, which made us question the cleanliness of the rest of the property. Also, the queen bed in the bedroom is EXTREMELY firm. This may be great for some, but it is something to be aware of. For the most part, it was a nice stay, but it would be better for only two people who don't mind extra firm mattresses.
