The shortcomings were that the shower curtain was mildewed and smelled and the shower handle kept falling off. Oddly, the primary bathroom didn’t have an air conditioning vent so it was quite warm in there. Also, the kitchen was unorganized. I would have organized it myself but I was busy with my grandchildren and didn’t get around to it. Overall, a nice enough unit which will be great once they upgrade the bathrooms. ##### Kevin B. Very spacious, comfortable, and modern design. The view and sound of the ocean is fantastic--and can see and hear from the kitchen! Kitchen had all appliances/dishware we needed--very well stocked. Lots of games and books. We were there for a week with our 2 elementary aged kids and it worked great. Master bedroom is huge and very comfortable. Master bath could use a bit more updating to match the style of the unit, but did the job. Overall, we absolutely loved the unit and our trip to Bethany. Sea Colony was perfect for us. The grounds are extremely well-kept. The parking spot is perfectly located--right next to the elevator and also right at the bottom of the beach ramp, so we used our trunk as a "beach gear locker" and never dragged our sandy stuff up to the unit!
