STAY AWAY! This home is absolutely not worth the price we paid to stay there. We have stayed at Sea Colony many times over the past 30+ years. This is by far the worst unit we have ever rented. Everything in the unit is filthy, uncomfortable and woefully outdated. For example, the couch cushions are so dirty and saggy that our family was not able to sit together in the living room at any point. There is black mold growing around the kitchen sink and in both showers. The stains on our socks from walking around in the unit made it obvious that the floors have not been swept or mopped in a very long time. There are many other fabulous units at Sea Colony.
