The Space:

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit features a private balcony with direct ocean views. The single-story, accessible layout includes a main bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds.



Spend endless hours basking in the sun and feeling the ocean breeze while indulging in the beachfront views on your private balcony. Create family-favorite recipes in the full kitchen that includes a refrigerator with ice maker and interior water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, stove, Keurig, toaster, and a complete complement of accessories (dishes, pans, bakeware, bowls, etc.). Share your creation around the dining table, then kick back in the living room to stream shows and movies on one of the three smart TVs. Free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and a washer/dryer add a layer of comfort during your stay.



Additional condo amenities include a Chromecast on the main TV, new furniture in the main bedroom (including bed), two pillows for each guest with allergy protection pillow covers, new draperies throughout, and outlets with USB charging stations in each room.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony.
