THINGS TO KNOW The 'door' for the third bedroom is an accordion-style door that separates the sleeping area from the rest of the living area. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The biggest downside is that we only got 2 parking passes for a unit that sleeps 10, so we had to find off-site parking.
