I had to wash and clean the coffee maker since there was old coffee in the brewing container, full of mold. At bed time we realized the pillow cases smelled awful and sheets were dirty, we had to wash them at 10pm and wait for them to dry. 2 big bikes were locked on the deck, we were not allowed to use them so our kids had a hard time looking at them knowing they couldn’t ride them, we need a refund for the cleaning fee and also for part of the rental fee since we rented the house including the deck which was materially occupied with 2 locked bikes. Next time store the bikes elsewhere. Only one of us could connect to the wifi, apparently the max of devices were connected (we got that message when we try to connect other devices).
