We have spent the last twelve summer vacations at Sea Colony. The convenience of this unit, and the other Annapolis Garden Condo's to the number one pool, and the beach, and the view has us returning year after year. Overall very clean and spacious. We got used to the stairs (no elevator) and enjoyed being on the quiet end of Sea Colony. The unit could have been cleaned better upon arrival. The paper thin window treatments were not suitable for the amount of heat generated in this ocean front property and the older AC unit could not keep up. Most days the inside temperature reached 81 and never went below 73, even after sundown.
