The full wall of picture window is great, especially on the days when the weather isn’t. Always a beautiful ocean view. The kitchen is more than adequate. The bedroom is comfortable. This was our first time to Bethany Beach. We loved the quiet atmosphere of the area and the restaurant choices were good. My husband appreciated the tennis facility and the opportunity to sign up for clinics. I look forward to a return visit, especially to this particular unit. We were given a heads up that there may be noise due to construction, however the construction was right outside of the unit and started at a whopping 7am on Saturday and Sunday mornings. No sleeping in for us on our days off. The toilet leaked, they sent someone to fix it Friday evening, held us up for a few hours when we first arrived. We were told it was fixed but noticed it leaked the next time we tried to use it. We left a VM for Vacasa and decided just not to use it for the weekend. Thank goodness there was a powder room to use. It’s a cute place and was very clean. Our first time here as a family and although the weather wasn’t perfect, our time together and memories made were priceless! Vacasa made our check in and out incredibly easy which is important to us with 2 little kids.
