The house was clean and had plenty of amenities when we arrived (vacuum, broom, coffee maker, stocked kitchen, towels, sheets, dish soap). The bookshelf full of beach reads was a pleasant bonus. This unit is in a great location: close to the beach! As noted in the description, there is not a view of the beach - which was fine for us, as this was our 2nd unit and was used just for sleeping. The back bedroom & the living room were very dark - perfect for sleeping. The room with the king bed was fairly bright all night long due to lights on the building outside & early sun (which). I slept with an eye mask, but my wife was not bothered by the light. The king bed was pretty firm.
