Location is 1 mile to the beach and boardwalk – whether a few min drive, short walk, bike ride, or trolley ride. This quiet community has a swimming pool to enjoy when you’re back at the house. It is also located just a short walk from restaurants, bakery café, diner, and shops and a nature reserve with playground just around the corner from the community (less than 5 min walk). Great, quiet location! The condo is well appointed in terms of fixtures, but in addition to linens and towels, you’ll need to provide your own paper products, hand towels, etc. Property owners were super responsive, generous and courteous. Outdoor shower is huge! What a plus! You can fit the whole family in there after a day in the sand.
