The downstairs open floor plan offers plenty of space for family gatherings with a gourmet eat-in kitchen that is large enough for multiple chefs, and is the center hub that connects the living area, dining, and screened porch. The main floor features a guest room and full bath as well. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a spacious bedroom and spa-like bath along with a private deck - perfect for morning coffee. The second floor offers plenty of room with a loft - full bath and 3 guest rooms. Perfect for the kids or extended family.  
This neighborhood gem offers a quick walk or bike to the beach. A South Bethany Beach parking pass is included with your stay. The house is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and yard games.  
  
If you are looking for adventure, use the neighborhood kayak launch into the Assawoman Canal just mere steps from the house.
