Convenient walk to Bethany

We enjoyed our stay, and especially the walkable location. The condo was nicely decorated, with a cozy seating area. We wished the beds had been softer, but the convenience of walking to the beach was wonderful.

Great spot on the edge of town

We lived out family get away. It’s a couple block away from the main strip but not too far from the beach and easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Property was clean and more than comfortable. What a great place!

We had the best time in this beautiful Bethany beach house, it was super clean, homey and perfect location to walk to the beach. Happy hour at Mangos and dinner at Blue Crab. Would highly recommend!

Bethany Family Vacation

My family had a wonderful stay during our mini vacation. The property was well maintained and exactly as described. Communication with the owner (Sean) was very easy and he provided us with a wealth of information regarding what to bring down, great places to eat, and places to visit during our stay. The location is perfect, walking distance to downtown Bethany and set back far enough off of route 26 to not see/feel the traffic. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fun sweet 16 weekend!

I brought my daughter and 3 friends in celebration of her 16th birthday. We had a wonderful weekend, taking advantage of all that Bethany has to offer. The house was perfect for our group - roomy and super close to downtown Bethany so the girls could walk back and forth to town. The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were east to work with and very accommodating to our requests. I’d stay here again for sure!

Lovely stay at Bethany

We enjoyed our vacation at this sweet Bethany Beach property. The listing pictures were accurate and the house was well cleaned. Location was so convenient and parking tag was a great addition that we used daily. Communication with the host was timely and kind. The only thing we wished was that the listing itself would have stated we needed to bring towels (bed, bath & kitchen) and blankets, as this was so much more to pack for our family of 5. (We did receive an email a week before our stay saying they were needed). Thanks for a great stay!

We had a nice visit

The property was well kept and my small children loved it here. As a parent the walk to the beach was just too far as there’s a million things to bring for kids, while also needing to carry or walk kids with you. The parking tag really helped in this aspect. My only other wish was to have access to a Roku or smart Tv as there wasn’t many tv show options for kids. This didn’t take away from our experience as most of the days were spent on the beach or out of the home, but would have been a nice extra. Thank you to the homeowners for a seamless check in and wonderful stay.

Garfield Stay

Our family enjoyed our stay at Sean's home. it is decorated nicely and was just big enough to accommodate our needs. Sean was very responsive when we had a question or concern. There was a housekeeping hiccup when we first arrived and resolved within 2 hours. If I may add a suggestion regarding the information on the listing, the workout area is very small with a treadmill in a very warm porch area. It really was not usable in the very hot weather we had during our stay. But this is a minor thing that could use clarification on the listing. If I was able to give this place a 4.5 that would be my overall rating. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
