  • Lakefront villa is located in the amenity filled community of Sea Colony West! This beautiful villa has an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Relax on the oversized deck as you enjoy panoramic views of the lake! Enjoy kayaking on the lake or grilling steaks on the community charcoal grill just short steps to the beach. Take a short walk to one of the 16 pickle ball or 30 tennis courts. Ride the free tram to the private Sea Colony beach or any of the 12 heated pools (two indoor) for a fun filled day! Visit the West Lake Activity Center, the Sea Colony Indoor Tennis Center, and the Freeman Fitness Center for various activities and exercise options!
