Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year renting this property and it did not disappoint! The home was clean, well-maintained and the open layout worked perfectly for our family. Conveniently located to the beach and area restaurants and stores. Easy 10-15 min walk to the beach! Appreciated the beach parking passes. And as always, the ladies at Wilgus were friendly and helpful! The only request would be an earlier check in time. 4pm seems so late - even an hour earlier would be helpful to be able to get in the house and get to the grocery store :)

The management staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. One of my guests only complained that there was sand in the drawers in their bedroom. Other than that, it was very nice.

Wonderful vacation rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful, clean and very family friendly. We had a toddler with us and it was easy to be in a ranch with everyone. It was also very nice for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and main area are large and he could walk freely. We appreciated having the toys, pack and play and high chair available for him. The house is in walking distance to both pools and amenities. The men enjoyed pickle ball and we all played ping pong. Our grandson was happily playing in the pool and playground. We would highly recommend the home and community.
