Private beach with lifeguards - 2 parking passes and 1 beach pass included!

Location of this property is terrific. It is within a block from access to the beach and is near the end of the street, which makes it quiet. Plenty of parking in front of the property.The house itself has a lot of open space and quite a bit of comfortable seating. Lots of outdoor space as well, including several porches with seating and seating in the back yard. Second floor bathrooms are quite small, especially the showers, and could use some updating. First floor bath is nice and roomy. House has a number of mini-split ac units that work quite well. However, there is none in the kitchen and it got quite warm in that room during our week (temps in the 90s). There are two items that prevent me from giving this property five stars. The first is the wifi--it is nothing short of terrible. The router is in the first floor living room and the signal falls far short of reaching anywhere else in the house. If you expect to do any sort of remote work here using the wifi, think again. The second item is the horrible mattress in the master bedroom on the first floor; with no exaggeration, I might have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor and actually moved to the living room couch several nights. IMO improving the items mentioned would definitely merit this property five stars.

This is a wonderful beach house for a group, just steps away from the sand! The beds are comfortable, and there are enough spaces in the house, between the living room, two porches, and dining area - plus bedrooms - for a big group to spread out. The house is older, but well-kept and clean. The only issues we had were with some of the showers indoors, which sprayed weirdly and spilled into the bathroom a bit, and the outdoor shower, which is great but doesn't drain well either. Overall, a good stay and SO nice to be 1 block off of the private beach. We'd love to come back!
