    The Space:

    Just a stroll to Sea Colony's private beach, pools and world-class tennis (as well as the Marketplace's restaurants and shops), this updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is an excellent getaway vacation getaway. This first-floor resort condo features a living room, dining area, well-equipped updated kitchen (complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops), full hallway bath and two bedrooms, including the master suite with recently updated master bath. Screened porch and open deck too! Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 TVs, DVD, Wifi. Notes: Carpet in the bedrooms only.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. Great Place to Stay!

The house was very clean and welcoming. There were so many special touches including water in the fridge, as well as coffee, and all the kitchen supplies you would need. The beds were comfortable and the shower heads were fantastic. Great location for playing tennis, walking to dinner, and beach access. We loved everything about it.

Home away from home

This wasn’t our first time to Bethany Beach but the first time renting a place through Vacasa. The rental had everything we could have possibly needed for a week away from home which made it seamless to cook meals, and relax with family. The decor was very beachy and cozy and it was perfectly located that everything was just a short walk. We will definitely be booking again in the fall and for next summer.

Best Vacation Ever!

The home was absolutely gorgeous-very clean and well stocked with extra towels. The VACASA staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. They were knowledgeable and answered any questions quickly. Checking in and out was super easy. Sea Colony is a beautiful community with every amenity you will need-pool, private beach, fitness center, tennis courts, and walking/running/biking paths. Bethany Beach is s as wonderful vacation spot for families-Rehobeth and Ocean City, MD are a short drive. I highly recommend VACASA!
