The staff were very friendly and helpful, although our room was a little unkept. There was dried blood on the floor, not sure what from. That was concerning. Our room was on the bottom floor and we could not close the blinds, which made us feel very uncomfortable.

Latoya and TJ made our check in fun, quick and amazing!! They were super helpful, extremely personable and incredibly nice! I will definitely stay at this hotel everytime I travel this way! The hotel was clean and inviting, they definitely have the travelers comforts in mind!

Wonderful stay-Clean and Comfortable
Very welcoming upon entering the front foyer and desk, a warm and bright welcome by LaToya at the reception desk, she made you feel like family, what a delight! The room was great, very clean, towels bright and clean, all the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful too and a very nice assortment to get your day started. Great to be across the street from Cracker Barrel restaurant after a long day of driving, a nice hot meal.

No water. Waterline was broken. No backup for bathroom usage and after driving all day was looking forward to a hot shower. Also side door entrance not working - had to carry baggage all the way to front to get to the room. Everything else was perfect. The room was clean and it smelled good.

A car alarm right outside our window started going off around 1:30 a.m. It is still going off 45 minutes later. No one answers the front desk phone. Sleep is not possible.

Didn’t like that if I didn’t call the front desk every morning, then I wouldn’t get room service. My dirty towels stayed on the bathroom floor for over 24 hours till I called the front desk! As well as a full smelly trash can! Also no tv service for over 24 hours!

We had a room with a bathroom door with no latch to shut. You could see it broke off. We reported it, but they did not fix it. We asked about another room, but the front desk said all the rooms were like that. It was a handicapped room. We did not reserve a handicapped room. The sink was in the bedroom. There is no soundproofing between rooms or bathrooms. Prices were jacked up for a football game. It had a wonderful fish pond that we took many pictures of.

Staff was poorly trained. Needed toilet paper for my room. Clerk stated they were out. Then got back on her cell phone. Told her, " Sir, I apologize we are out of toilet paper" would be a better response. She said no they don't pay me enough for that. The clerk was constantly on her phone. Went early the next morning, another clerk said that person simply did not want to move, plenty was in storage. I said ok, I got rolls from the rr on the 1st floor. I stayed for 3 nights, same clerk enjoyed her phone time with her friends. Well enough said, my stay was not, good.

Terrible experiece
Absolutely the worst hotel stay of my life. My family of 8 arrived at 1:30 in the morning. No one was at the front desk. We waited, called the main number for the hotel and it just rang and rang on the front desk next to us. We called BW corporate, and they tried to call the hotel over and over and the phone was just ringing next to us. After about an hour, we left and went to the Red Roof Inn down the road, and shared our experience. The front desk clerk there stated that she knew the other front desk person, and after calling her personal cell several times, was able to get her to answer. We headed back to this hotel. In spite of booking 2 rooms, the now awake clerk swore we only had 1 room reserved, and charged us full price for one room (Charged twice for that room). At this point it was 3:30 in the morning. One of our rooms was fine. The other - had not been cleaned at all - the beds were unmade and there were towels all over the floor. I headed back down to the front desk and got another room - which was clean this time. My wife and kids ended up getting to bed at 4 AM because of all this. We woke up at 9 to try and get a refund on the room and eat breakfast - then my kids got yelled at by the staff for being there late - it was 9:50 and breakfast stops at 10. The manager was terribly rude to my wife - who was very understandably upset. She told me she would refund my room IF she got paid by hotels.com - Hotels.com lied and only sent a $25 credit, instead of $75

Clean! The hot water was actually hot. Plenty of towels, and pillows. Coffee pot in room. And breakfast was fantastic. Not just grab and go, but hit eggs, and sausage. Very worth the price!

Comfy bed and pillows. Extremely dusty (Coffee maker and beds). No hot water for nighttime shower. Breakfast variety lacking (yogurt dispenser did not work and didn’t have bread or bagels despite having accompaniments for them).

This was a great pick for an overnight stop . Friendly efficient staff and a perfectly clean room where everything worked .After a comfortable quiet night sleep we are heading down for the included breakfast shortly and I expect it to be very nice as well . Thanks for the great stay.

We are a non smoking facility, we try our upmost to try and get any smells from cigarettes out when guests do not repeat our rules. We will definitely look into the cleanliness of the pullout sofa bed you mentioned.

Multiple issues. Printer in business center was not available. TV worked first day but not second day. On second day, both room key cards didn't work and had to get new ones late at night. Meanwhile front desk computer system wad down slowing the process. Door to hotel room left huge gaps letting in light and noise from hallway. Issued extra $35 fee for early check-in. Room was not cleaned/maid serviced from first day to second. Friendly enough staff but super weak hotel.

I rented two rooms, one for me and one for my buddy. While he was at breakfast in the morning, housekeeping came in and stole something of value.
