"Planned to snowmobile, but due to weather changed plans & did some ice fishing. Not much luck finding fish but thats ok. House accomodated our large group very well."

"I chose this cabin because of its relative location to the ski hills and because it had a cozy fireplace to warm up after skiing. After lighting one fire the entire cabin filled with smoke and messages to property management went unanswered. Other than that the property was perfect (other than not having laundry accommodations)"

"The cabin was clean and simple and perfect. There was nothing fancy and it was exactly what we needed for a weekend to unplug and just relax. We will definitely go back, maybe stay for a full week next time! The only drawback back is that the sheets were scratchy. I’m picky about sheets though and my husband said they were fine."

"Was very to find this place last min for the weekend. Rates are good, the property is great and the views are amazing. My one and only complaint is that there was a lot of dusty cob webs all over the walls in the cabin. Other then that it seemed clean."

"Went with another couple for 3 nights. We all loved it!! The view of the lake was incredible from the living room, very comfortable furniture, and a huge kitchen and dining room table. It also had a huge bathroom with a new tub/shower enclosure. The fishing was good off a very nice dock with a double comfy chair at the end. The only have 2 complaints: 1)the red brick pathway was very slippery when wet, 2) no hand rails on either stairs going into the home or the stairs up to the second bedroom...

"After such a few past hectic weeks it was so nice to have the peace and quiet that we had at the resort. Just sitting one the screened in porch over looking the lake, and listening to the light waves hitting the shore, all the songbirds and just the serenity was worth the drive there. I plan on returning...soon!"

"Our dogs loved the yard and home comfort of the cabin. Very close to quite a few waterfalls, the harbor and the Copper Peak ski jump. Awesome to bike from to all those spots or hike. Highly recommend if you have dogs. Sad we didn't get to try the pub next door, but we will next time!"

"We were disappointed. The owner wasn't very accommodating or kind. Wouldnt provide washcloths, handtowels, etc. The place needed a good cleaning and basic supplies. Wouldn't return or recommend."

"We have stayed several times in the UP and this was our favorite property. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and we saw several deer walking around and an old sweet black lab that walks around the block. Host is always available and you can communicate with him at any time. The internet is very good for any remote workers or gamers, you will be just fine. We were able to DoorDash meals which was such a convenience, as we own a restaurant and didn’t want to have to cook. But if you do want to,...
