Very friendly and willing to assist you with your needs. The shuttle drivers were on time and had great suggestions. The ski in ski out access was perfect. The ski shop had great equipment and the locker room made it as easy as you can hope for. The lounge bar was a great place for a night cap and to catch some live music. Breakfast in the morning was top notch." The proximity to the pistes in Les Bergers were excellent. The only couple of negatives were the room cleaning (timing of cleaning and inconsistent of refreshment replenishment) and the 20 Euro charge of 1 hour spa usage for hotel guests." Hotel is on the main strip and only a 5 minute walk to Jandri lift, rooms were clean, comfy bed nice bathroom good choice for breakfast and has a sauna and hot tub as a nice little bonus after a day on the slopes.
