La propriétaire considère que le parking payant du magasin casino au bout de la rue constitue le parking de l’appartement ! - appartement lumineux : sûrement si on avait pu ouvrir les stores extrêmement vétustes des fenêtres de la salle à manger et du salon Cet appartement pourrait être très agréable s’il était mieux fini (trous dans le plafond de la cuisine, plus de tige au robinet de l’évier de la cuisine, carreau mural tombé dans la grande salle de bain, lave linge présent mais inutilisable car hublot au sol...).
