It was a nice stay! the room condition is tip top, and staff are very friendly. You are allowed to leave your baggage after checked-out.

Great generously sized room, helpful reception staff and super speedy and good laundry team. Breakfast was nice. Steam room, sauna and pool were nice.
Central location in Almaty. Hotel was a very dependable and helpful place to stay
