Breakfast is decent - the plates were gross (dirty) - it is the same every morning with the exception of the fruit and cakes options changing. You cannot sit in the balcony area to eat, Staff was attentive and kind. Buses and metro pick up area is nearby. There is a pharmacy nearby and a mini market that is nearby.
Worst part was the shower - it flooded and got worse with our long stay.
Another issue was the AC / it never really felt cold in the room.
Elevator felt unsafe - besides being tiny it lagged.

"I arrived around 6 pm and reception was closed with just a digital screen to pay and get the key. Despite specifying a non smoking room in my booking I was given a room that smelled of smoke. I couldn’t stay in the room with the bad smell. There was no one to contact as the reception was unstaffed. ..."
