First when I booked this hotel it was the sonesta. I wasn’t informed it had changed. We chose this hotel for the breakfast option. Only to arrive and there be no breakfast. Also no microwave in the rooms which lead to no hot food. The coffee wasn’t served until 6 am and they offered no regular sugar for the coffee. And when I asked the person was very rude. The rolling door for the bathroom fell off the track when I opened it and hit my toe. And I didn’t slam it open to jump it off track. The door was very heavy and Sticky so it was hard to move. The bed blanket was dirty with juice stains and the fitted sheets were stretched out and did t stay on. Unfortunately we couldn’t leave otherwise we would have. 0/10 don’t recommend.

Bathroom was an issue - sink stopper did not work, toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall, no full length mirror in the room.
