Welcome to the Perfect Family Holiday rental in Berrara!  
This charming, fully refurnished house offers an ideal getaway for families or groups of up to 8 guests. Thoughtfully styled throughout with coastal rustic furniture, the home exudes warmth and seaside charm, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.  
  
With its four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and ample living space, this holiday rental promises an enjoyable and comfortable stay for everyone.  
  
Things to note about the property:  
\- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)  
\- Aircon IS available  
\- Wi-Fi is available  
\- No Garage  
\- No smoking inside the house  
\- No Pets allowed  
  
Inside:  
As you enter, you'll be greeted by a welcoming hallway that sets the tone for your relaxing retreat. On the left side of the hallway, you'll find two bedrooms, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for a restful night's sleep. Continuing forward, you'll come across a well-appointed bathroom, conveniently located for easy access from the bedrooms.  
  
To the right of the hallway, you'll discover a games room perfect for children and teenagers to hang out. Upstairs, you'll find a layout mirroring the downstairs level, ensuring ample space for everyone in your group. The upstairs area also features the kitchen, dining, and lounge area, beautifully styled with coastal rustic décor, along with a balcony and outdoor furniture, providing a picturesque spot to savour your morning coffee or enjoy the sunset with a refreshing drink.  
  
Outside:  
The backyard of the Perfect Family Holiday rental is a true oasis for both kids and adults. The large grass area invites outdoor activities and playtime, while the BBQ area and outdoor furniture offer an opportunity for alfresco dining and relaxation. Whether it's a family barbecue or a leisurely afternoon spent basking in the sunshine, the backyard is an inviting space for all.

The location of this holiday rental is superb, with close proximity to beautiful beaches. You can easily explore the sandy shores, take refreshing swims, or indulge in a variety of water sports. Berrara and its surrounding areas also offer opportunities for hiking, fishing, and exploring the natural beauty of the region.  
  
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found, your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number, and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks. We were 7 adults and had everything we needed in the holiday house to make our stay most enjoyable. Loved to wake up to the sight of kangaroos in the front yard. Will definitely return.
