The only improvement needed is a set of proper instructions how to access the local tram service into Alicante the L4 and L5 services are excellent but some help with mastering the automatic ticket service would be useful, along with a timetable

Great location and a nice room, but the stay was let down by poor maintenance. The fridge was dirty, smelled terrible and did not work, so we ended up buying ice just to keep our water cold during the hot Alicante days. We reported it in person and by email, but it was only replaced on our last day. The shower also leaked water into the main room area. A basic room check before arrival would have prevented most of this.
