The air conditioning was on power save the whole time and it was warm in the room with no air circulation. It would have been nice if the window wasn’t locked shut. The robot pizza making machine didn’t work but wasn’t marked as broken. The rooftop bar was nice and bartender was very nice. Front desk staff were nice and helpful."

"You can book, check in, and check out without ever speaking to another person… if that’s what you like, it’s great! We certainly missed the human contact. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay. The fire alarm was triggered while we were here (no big deal, just an alarm), which isn’t a problem except the stairwell door wouldn’t open to the lobby without a key card even while the alarm was going off, which is pretty concerning considering a lot of folks didn’t have their keycard in their pyjamas at 22:00."
