"Breakfast: Great hot breakfast with very nice and recently remodeled dining area and food buffet room. Room: Clean with plenty of towels. Only clean room on 4th day if staying 3 days or longer. Had a few things to report to staff: 2nd deadbolt (do not disturb flag) not working and bathroom exhaust fan not working... Parking: In center court of facility so somewhat protected from any severe weather and more secure. Staff: mixed feedback on staff. All housekeeping were great. Some front counter staff were also great where maybe 80% were odd interactions. Odd commentary that did not seem appropriate. Example: asked about something and since the person did not know answer right off their first response was "oh S#!t" before actually looking into it. Other situation where I came in with spouse mid-day to show the eating area and the person at counter said food service was closed. I said I just was showing the nice area to my spouse...they responded with a huff and, "uh, ok" (sarcastically). Then shifted to somewhat friendlier chat after. But, again, odd and this was noticed on many occasions. Suggest some hospitality training at the very least. Recommendation to owner: Put dog bags near entry so regardless if non-pet area you won't get piles of dog poop because no one is picking up after their dog gets out and does duty after long car ride. Was a mine field in grass by entry."

"A beautiful property. Completely clean smelling wonderful and even had a two pound box of chocolates on the counter for my wife’s and my 50th anniversary. Everything was exactly as advertised. I couldn’t recommend more highly anyone else thinking of renting here."

"Amazing property and amazing Super Host! This property has everything you could want for a fun family get away, less than 15min from North Beach Bear Lake, fire pit, grill, absolutely amazing indoor pool, everything you would need from towels to beach chairs and an amazing host who made sure we had the best time ever. We were a family of 4 with a pet and by the end of the trip the kids and even the dog didn’t want to leave! This is a vacation home we will be back to! Thank you for an amazing opportunity to celebrate our daughters 9th birthday!"

"The property was in a perfect location and had a beautiful view! There was lots of room for our family, and the host was good at communicating. There were a few cleanliness issues, but she was good in addressing the issues. Overall, a great home and a wonderful vacation! Thank you, Heidi!"

"We came here for a family reunion in June. We had 36 people. June is a little chilly sometimes for Bear Lake but because the house has so many fun things to do and The house is part of The Reserve complex we were able to use the swimming pool, Pickleball courts, and hot tub at the clubhouse and had plenty to do even though the weather did not cooperate for lots of playing at Bear Lake. The private beach that The Reserve has at Bear Lake is so nice. There was lots of parking as well as great sand to play in. The house itself is the most well equipped vacation rental property I’ve ever been in. The kitchen was fabulous. Mindfully designed for large groups. The set up, plenty of spices and dishes. Even little kid cups plates and forks and spoons. Three high chairs. Towards the end, we ran out of paper products, but there were plenty of dishes. It was no big deal. I love that there was multiple gathering spaces so that people could visit in large or small groupings. We love that there was a large grass area in the back, so we had plenty of room for games. The views are incredible! There was lots of parking. We had nine vehicles and there was room for more. The garage is tall enough that I could get my tall van in there.One of the favorite features was the slide going from the main floor to the basement. That thing was used almost constantly. It entertained kids from 2 to 16 years old.The entire property was so thoughtfully designed. Go!! You won’t regret it."
