Suitable for families, couples & fishing groups. Excellent off street boat parking. Approximately 10-15 minute walk to beaches, cafes and Country Club. Private enclosed yard with gas BBQ for outdoor entertaining. Electric Heating. Sleeps 6\. 1 queen bed in main bedroom, 1 double bed in 2nd bedroom and 1 tri bunk and 1 single bed in 3rd bedroom. Linen - guests will need to bring your own linen - Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. Linen hire is available by prior arrangement. Pets permitted outside only - Fully fenced yard, however entrance gates must be closed. Guests may wish to bring shelter for their pet in case of extreme heat or rain. Please note -The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund, if there are noise complaints. Guests will be charged for any damage and extra cleaning caused by pet eg where hair/waste has not been removed from the property. Garage not for use. It was clean and plenty if room for everyone. The only issue I had was that was no internet service on my phone and I was not able to work remotely. This information was given to me after I checked in. This should be said during booking time so everyone knows where they stand with the internet. Also, we went to use the bbq and once we opened the door, we couldn’t close it fast enough. There was rat poo all over the grill and hot plate.
