Hidden Gem - 2/25 Hart Street, Bermagui

A delightful 3 bedroom house, situated in a quiet area.

Suitable for families, couples & fishing groups. Excellent off street boat parking.

Private enclosed yard with gas BBQ for outdoor entertaining. Electric Heating.

Approximately 10-15 minute walk to beaches, cafes and Country Club.

Linen - guests will need to bring your own linen - Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.

Pets permitted outside only - Fully fenced yard, however entrance gates must be closed. Guests may wish to bring shelter for their pet in case of extreme heat or rain.
Please note -The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund, if there are noise complaints. Guests will be charged for any damage and extra cleaning caused by pet eg where hair/waste has not been removed from the property.

Garage not for use.

Driveway offers off street parking for boats and cars.
