Everything a fisherman could want - Long Driveway for ample boat parking, Large front and back yards, and a BBQ

This bottom floor, 2 bedroom unit is the most affordable fisherman accommodation in town!

Set up primarily for the devoted fisherman and sleeping up to 13 people.
Bedroom 1 - Tri-bunk and single bunks
Bedroom 2 has 2 sets of single bunks.
There are a further 2 sets of single bunk beds in the lounge/living area.

There are 2 fridge freezers and a separate chest freezer for your catch. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven and cooktop, microwave and other essential items.
A reverse cycle air conditioner, heater and TV are also provided.
This unit has a disabled access bathroom, shower and toilet, one of the very few in Bermagui.

There is an outdoor BBQ and outdoor setting so you can relax and enjoy the views of Montague Island.

The property shares with the top unit, a washing machine, clothes line and an additional shower and toilet, in an outdoor complex.

The layout of the unit has been planned to accommodate maximum bedding so you can bring a group of friends and share the accommodation costs.
Consider renting both units 1 & 2 so you can spread out and enjoy all this property has to offer with complete privacy.

Linen - Guests will need to supply your own linen - Sheets, towels, doonas and pillows etc.

Linen hire service is available prior to your arrival if requested, via the agent.
