### Bears Beach House - 7 Mill Street- Boat parking, central location

This property looks out over the beautiful Bear's Beach. Located in a great central location this large home is within walking distance to the center of town, the blue pool and of course, Bear's Beach!  
  
Great for family or group accommodation to allow all to gather whilst offering some separate space in the downstairs rumpus room. If you can't leave your beloved dog at home, feel free to bring them although they must be left outside in the fully enclosed yard.  
  
Fisherman can be at ease with large amounts of boat parking.   
  
The layout of the home is as follows:  
  
Bedroom 1: 1x Queen bed  
  
Bedroom 2: 1x Queen bed  
  
Bedroom 3: 1x Queen bed  
  
Bedroom 4: 1x Double bed  
  
Bedroom 5: Also used as a rumpus room - Perfect for the kids. 2 x Single beds 2 x 3 seater lounges and a large flat screen television.  
  
Lounge/Dining/Kitchen: 6 seater dining table as well as a separate 4 seater table, two spacious and modern lounges, large flat screen television, bar, fully equipped kitchen and all with the gorgeous view of dog friendly Bear's Beach.  
  
All linen provided - Beach Towels are required.  
  
Pets are welcome although outside only. Large fenced yard offers plenty of space for your pet to roam around. Limit of ONE dog unless by prior written arrangement. The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund if dogs are inside or there are noise complaints.  
  
Easy boat parking and secure yard.  
  
Smoking is not permitted.

This house was in a great spot,beds were really good,lots of space.It could of been a little cleaner and my had as clothes horse for drying clothes when rain.We could not get into the garage which they said we could use.

#### Family Reunion

This property was perfect for our needs. We were able to accommodate family close to the venues that we were attending. The house had amazing views and plenty of space for us to hang out when we weren't out adventuring and catching up with family. Beare's Beach was a stones throw away - the kids loved going down to play in the waves.

While the property is a little out dated and could do with a freshen up, it was clean, comfortable and perfectly located. Easy walk to the beach that is dog friendly and to the Main Street. Yard could be more secure for small dogs.
