This modern 4 bedroom oceanfront house with wonderful views offers all you need for the perfect beach escape. You don't need to travel far in any direction to enjoy all that Bermagui has on offer; only 400m to the iconic Blue Pool for your early morning dip, 300m to popular Beares Beach and a leisurely stroll or drive into town. With spacious light filled rooms, coastal décor and comfortable stylish furniture this home is welcoming and conducive to relaxed family gatherings. Two separate living areas ensures there is space for everyone to enjoy their favourite entertainment.

Bedroom 2 - Upstairs with 2 x Single Beds, freestanding wardrobe, bedside table

Bedroom 3 - Downstairs with Queen Bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobe

Bedroom 4 - Downstairs double sofa bed with built in wardrobe

Linen: Supplied - just bring your beach towels

Bathroom: 2 1/2 bathrooms - Upstairs with toilet and vanity plus ensuite to main. Downstairs large bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity

Living Room: 2 separate living areas - Upstairs: combined open plan with dining and kitchen,1 x 3 seater / 1 x 2 seater, TV, docking station, coffee table. Downstairs: Rumpus with TV, 1 x 3 seater with chaise plus single chair. Hdmi cable available.

Kitchen: Fully equipped open plan kitchen inc dishwasher, gas cook top with electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster & kettle. Large breakfast bar with 3 stools

Amazing Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very well presented and in an amazing location with ocean views. Sit back and relax, read a book and watch the dolphins swim by .

Gorgeous house, excellent location

A great house, lovely view of the sea from the front of the house and a short walk to Beares Beach or the Blue Pool. We were able to walk to town, though it might be a bit far for some. From the back deck you can see the fishing harbour. The house is clean, modern and roomy. Would love to visit again.
