Najgorsza noc w naszym życiu. Spaliśmy w namiocie na pokładzie, dotkliwy hałas przez całą noc - grupy pijanych turystów oraz miejscowych nastolatków krzyczały, tłukły butelki i przeklinały. Brudny, nigdy nieprany namiot, woda w namiocie po burzy poprzedniej nocy.

Lage perfekt, Zustand der Schiffe verbesserbar

Die Kabinen war zweckmäßig und sauber, zu zweit wäre es zu eng geworden. Toiletten und Duschen unsauber, im Untergeschoss fehlen sie ganz. Bei einer WC-Spülung war die Plasteabdeckung komplett kaputt. Heizkörperreinigung muss Jahre zurückliegen.... Für solche Übernachtungen bin ich einfach schon zu alt!

Les tentes ne protégeaient pas du tout du froid et ne coupaient pas parfaitement le vent. La température à l’intérieur était exactement la même qu’à l’extérieur soit 4 degrés Celsius, sans compter un grand vent. De plus, les prévisions météorologiques annonçaient des températures encore moins élevées les jours suivants, ce qui fût le cas. Les trois couvertures fournies, la veste d’hiver (doudoune) et les habits que nous avions sur nous ne suffirent pas à nous réchauffer, nous n’avons pas réussi à dormir plus de 2h durant les 7h passées dans les tentes. En conclusion, ce type d’habitation que propose l’hôtelier est strictement invivable, ce type de bien ne devrait tout bonnement pas se trouver sur le marché à cette période de l’année. Et c'est sans compter sur une gérante qui n'a clairement pas été ouverte à la discussion!

Fell in love with Berlin and this hostelboat is in the perfect location! Really enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave. Special thanks to the lady receptionist (apologies cant remember her name) who was extremely efficient when help was needed! Will definitely visit again! Many thanks.
