The staff are respectful but not warm. You feel like you are being a burden or doing something wrong. The nicest person I found there was the housekeeping lady. It is like the staff have been doing this too long and are really over interacting with people. I would not stay there again.

The room was nice and clean. A garbage truck emptied two dumpsters outside my room at around 3 am which shook the room.
There was no hot water for my shower in the morning. It came out of the sink but only became lukewarm after running for five minutes. Not a great morning.
