"The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown, though parking can be difficult. The area gets very busy with tourists arriving for boat tours, rafting, and kayaking. At the town entrance, there was a man who appeared to be directing traffic, but he was actually filtering people to sell tours. "Hospitality needs improvement. There was one woman and man helpful at the front deck. Hostess at beach needs some coaching to make people feel welcome. Only one restaurant is open in September and the water taxi ends at 6p. We weren’t aware that many of the hotels perks were limited in September which is part of what we thought we were paying for. Very expensive for what it was."

Only the check in receptionist was helpful."
