The front desk offered little reliable local support, and a persistent shower leak we reported was never fixed, forcing us to dry the floor with towels after every use. "Location and garden is nice but you look at two disgusting unfinished buildings that seem to be the situation for a decade ? Our room was terrible. No possibility to shower normally because basic equipment is missing. Dirty terrace, no bedlamps in the lampholders, NO Airco functioning, Rug dirty, Door refrigerator broken, TV hanging crooked, 7 nights and despite of several complaints only TWO (2) times cleaning and towels. No toiletpaper. We had to find other open rooms to replenish it etc.etc....

"Fabulous swimming pool, lovely rooms and an excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Plenty of space (not overcrowded at all) so it was always easy to get a sunlounger of your choice. Service at lunchtime was very poor though. It took 1.5 hours for 3 caprese salads one day, so we started going out for lunch."
